Our client was a passenger involved in a non-fault road traffic accident on Mullaghglass Road, Belfast. A vehicle did not give way and proceeded to collide with our client’s driver’s vehicle, causing significant injury to our client.
GP notes were gathered and our firm engaged with a highly accredited A+E Consultant to assess our clients’ physical injuries, and an ENT Physician was recommended to assess our clients’ complaints of tinnitus. These reports were gathered and served on the third party for fair settlement to be negotiated. There was no meaningful engagement from the TPI, and the case handler followed up via phone call and email to prompt the third party to engage with offers in settlement for our client’s personal injury compensation. TPI then offered £25,000 which was negotiated to the full and final settlement of £30,000.
The third-party insurers agreed £30,000 for our clients’ injuries 21 months after initial letter of instruction. This case was settled after proceedings were issued. This compensation was a fair reflection of our clients’ injuries.
