Background to the Road Traffic Accident Claim
Client X was involved in a road traffic accident during heavy traffic in Belfast while travelling with his young daughter. The collision caused both physical injury and psychiatric distress. Client X sought our assistance to pursue compensation for the harm suffered by himself and his child.

A few weeks later, we continued negotiations in relation to his daughter’s injuries. We successfully secured a further four-figure settlement on her behalf, which was subsequently approved by the court as required for a minor’s compensation.
