Once reports were received, they were confirmed by the client and served on the third party to negotiate a fair settlement for our client and their extent of injury.
The client had concerns as they still worked at the location in which the accident took place; however, the client was reassured that her claim mattered. The third-party insurance company made an initial offer of £16,000, but after strong negotiations, the case settled for £25,000. This compensation was a true reflection of our clients’ injuries.
